Emma Chhoeum, co-founder
Bienvenue! My name is Jordan Chhoeum, co-founder of C2H Agency. French-Cambodian, I am passionate about travel. I have had the opportunity to visit and explore more than fifteen countries around the world and I also used to live and work in Montréal, Canada for three years.
These experiences allowed me to discover diverse cultures, lifestyles, and people which broadened my horizons and cultivated a greater appreciation for global perspectives.
I graduated high school in France with a French baccalaureate in management and continued my studies with a Brevet de technicien supérieur in business management. At university, I started with languages and ultimately earned a Bachelor of Banking and Insurance.
My professional career started within large banking groups in France such as Crédit Agricole and Banque Laurentienne in Canada, where building client relationships and finding solutions were essential in my roles.
I later joined the recruitment sector, for a regional temporary agency in Brittany, France where I managed the B2B; actively seeking new clients and partnerships and negotiated contracts to expand the commercial portfolio.
Today, my commitment is to help the next generation not only find their ideal university fit, but empower them to thrive and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Hello and welcome! My name is Emma Chhoeum, I’m the co-founder of C2H Agency. As a dual French-American citizen, I have had the chance of experiencing the best of both worlds, growing up and studying in the United States and living and working in France and Switzerland.
After completing my undergraduate studies in Sociology and postgraduate studies in Public Policy in the States, I decided to move to France in 2019, to embark on a life-changing journey. My first job was teaching English at a trade school in Saint-Malo, where I assisted French students towards achieving a level of confidence in the English language as they prepared for the Certificate of Professional Aptitude examination.
I began my career in higher education in 2021 in Geneva, Switzerland, where I worked in admissions for a private business school for three years. I was responsible for overseeing the international BBA and MBA applicants, developing and implementing admissions policies and procedures and representing the institution at different recruitment events across Switzerland and Europe. I also reviewed, edited and translated our student and professor guides, brochures and website.
I am incredibly grateful for the extensive global network I have built and for the opportunity to positively impact students and their families throughout the university admissions and enrollment process. I look forward to continuing to leverage my unique perspective of the educational landscape through C2H Agency.
